Today's breakfast! Yes, I have finally brought this blog up to date!

Fruit Cobbler

1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
Fruit of your choice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in a 13x9" casserole dish. Combine flour and sugar in a small bowl. Add milk and mix well. Pour fruit into
casserole dish with butter then pour flour mixture on top. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

I make this with apples or with the Stouffers escalloped apples sometimes for dessert. It is called Lazy Pie in my cookbook. Love it! Bet it makes a yummy blueberry breakfast.
