Looks like you're reading about the same place I am! :-) The verses in Exodus where God says "I am the Lord" have really been standing out to me. According to my footnotes, the name "Jehovah" is linked to the word "I am", so when he is saying "I am the Lord", He is repeating His name, "I am that I am"-- the self-existent one, THE only God. The thought is so big that it would be hard even to put it into words!! :-D
